Vic Yang ee6206be1d Fix an error in common/build.mk that causes compilation fail. 
Removed a duplicated line in common/build.mk which causes compilation
fail.

- EC Lib

This wraps Blizzard driverlib and implements the EC chip interface defined
by Google. See below diagram for architecture.
