Scott Collyer fc5a03fef9 yorp: Add support for LG and Panasonic batteries 
This CL adds support for the LG and Panasoninc battery for yorp along
with the infrastructure to support multiple battery types.

TEST=make -j BOARD=yorp and make -j buildall
