6166b37d01 Allow customization and additinal arguments while building the image. 
- Execute custom commands prior to execution of switool.
- Allow custom arguments when invoking switool.

159f7e2ed2 Include the ARM64 patch only for ARM64 builds. 
This should be temporary until the patchset can be fixed.

1dfdc66b77 move kexec-tools from all-base-packages to $ARCH-base-packages 
As kexec-tools is not supported on arm64 arch yet,
so move it to arch-specific package file to fix build issue.
