efbf0b1d88 To shorten the response time, few changes are made. 
1. reducing waiting time.
2. caching data and keep longer.
3. only check if logged in the 1st time.

7ecf90d704 Due to PIM can not present at init and hot inserted, 
not spawn i2c buses from mux, but dynamically set the channel of muxes.

1e59735ada Verify and validate onldpump. 
But PSU still not ready for
1. model name and serail number.
2. only 2 of 4 PSUs are supported.
3. present and power_good not valid.
