Jeffrey Townsend bc825111ff The default ONLP platform template now assumes the following:
- The PLATFORM variable is set to the base platform name, without revision.
- The platform is assumed to be -r0
- The ONLP shared library is assumed to be <baseplatform>.so.

These are the most common usages for all platforms.
