GitHub CI [Linux, FFmpeg]: fixed SVT-VP9

Fixed SVT-VP9 patch not applying - we need more repo depth now
 (increased 1000->5000 commits - 2000 would take 18 MiB, 5000 24 MiB,
 which is stil decent).
