The use of --overwrite-dir was perhaps incorrect because it purges the
directory. --create-dir is more suititable.

Use gcc-5 as a CUDA host compiler in Linux if available. This version

- nightly CI: use different trigger - temporarily "on push" (to
ci-nightly)

- build AJA wrapper only if we have SDK [Win]
