Pranav f42fddd38e feat: Add stores for copilotMessages and copilotThreads (#11603) 
- Set up stores for copilotThreads and copilotMessages.
- Add support for upsert messages to the copilotMessages store on
receiving ActionCable events.
- Implement support for the upsert option.
