Graham Steffaniak 2e5b7f9cb7 add compute-kit to openstack umbrella chart

ADD: include new charts to the umbrella chart for comprehensive
     deployment of openstack-helm.

       * openvswitch
       * libvirt
       * neutron
       * nova
       * placement
