ipq807x: eap104: add pin configs for MCU

Browse Source 
This adds configuration for 'reset' and 'serial bootloader' dedicated
pins connected to the on-board CC2652R MCU. While at it, drop probably
unused 'ble_coex_grant' pin configuration node.
