cicd: fix cloud-sdk remaining issues.

Had a few more things to fix before CICD worked with cloud sdk.  Also
sinced the non-cloud wireless config to match what the cloud does so that
it is easier to flip back and forth.

Default ferndale-01 test bed to use wpa2-psk
