926f903da5 cicd/ec420: Specify bssid in wireless config 
This works around the issue with ec420 booting up a new mac address
each time it boots.

f14582f94a cicd: Update mac addrs for ec420 nola-03 testbed. 
MAC address is now acquired more accurately, so replace old bad values
with new good ones.

784afdf1b8 cicd: Updates for nola-01 with edge-core 2x2 
This DUT has flakey serial connection, which would not be an
issue in the field, but is a pain for CICD automation.  So changing
this testbed to the edge-core 4x4 next...
