Ben Greear 2ba8bb1242 unit-test: Add query_sdk file to read the profiles from cloud sdk.

More needs to be done, including dealing with pagination, but this is
a start to reading in current config state so that automated scripts
make do a better job of configuring the system.

This repository will hold TIP WiFi specific scripts and glue logic. It will utilize the scripts in wlan-lanforge-scripts and possibly other Cloud-SDK libraries in the future.
