Ben Greear d8145a3daa nightly: Remove more profile-on-disk logic.

Use auto-generated ssid and psk, with TODO note to improve
this in the future as needed.

This will give us programmatic control over SSID names, passwords
and such, in case we want to try lots of different variants as part
of testing the cloud.

This repository will hold TIP WiFi specific scripts and glue logic. It will utilize the scripts in wlan-lanforge-scripts and possibly other Cloud-SDK libraries in the future.
