li feng 2387751095 Amenia: internal pullup added to BAT_PRESENT_L pin

BUG=none
BRANCH=none
TEST=On AMenia, mesaure connector pin 5 3.3v when no battery connected,
and 0v when battery is connected. Without pullup, it's floating.
