Hsu Henry 3402e760a9 Cyan: Add interrupt disable pin for track pad. 
EVT board should enable it (low) since we need a workable track pad in factory.
Pre-EVT board work fine because of unstuffed resistor.

TEST=Check the pin is low by ec console.
