Let's just get rid of the old GPIOs before configuring the new ones. BUG=chrome-os-partner:49952 BRANCH=none TEST=make buildall, test on Cr50 B1 boards None of the FPGA buttons or LEDs are present on the B1 board, so there's no visisble difference between talking to non-existent components and NOT talking to non-existent components.
