Rachel Nancollas ae00aa8022 zoombini: Add support for P1 PPC (port 1 and 2) ...

Added code to support port 1 and 2 power path controller
since we didn't have the parts on rev 0.

BRANCH=None
TEST=make board=zoombini, make board=meowth
TEST=Make sure Zoombini can charge in on all ports.
TEST=Make sure Zoombini can charge out on all ports.
