Martin Roth b38792b78b util: Remove duplicate 'const' in export_taskinfo.c

This is causing an error in the latest coreboot toolchain:
util/export_taskinfo.c:33:30: error: duplicate 'const' declaration
specifier [-Werror=duplicate-decl-specifier]
