Aseda Aboagye 993a0991d6 driver: tcpm: ps8xxx: Add support for PS8805. ...

This commit adds support for the PS8805, another Parade Tech TCPC with
integrated superspeed muxes.  This also creates a generic Parade Tech
TCPC driver which supports the PS8xxx series.

The current supported TCPCs are:
  - PS8751
  - PS8805
