Aseda Aboagye eb15d23f3e meowth: zoombini: Add support for OPT3001. 
These boards are using the OPT3001 ALS.  Enable the drivers for them as
well as the motionsense stack.

BRANCH=None
TEST=Flash meowth and zoombini; verify that they still boot okay.
