a80d840509 CR50: add support for hardware modexp
This commit includes changes required for
supporting a hardware based montgomery
modexp (r = a ^ e mod N).

The function bn_is_bit_set() was previously
static, and now added to internal.h, as this
function is used by the hardware implementation.

Add function declarations for new functions
related to the hardware implementation to
chip/g/dcrypto/internal.h

d766e4cf4e ec_commands: Add new EC_CMD_PD_CONTROL command
This commands makes it possible to control the PD chip (or
the interaction between EC and PD), from the AP.

 - PD_SUSPEND: Suspends the PD chip: EC needs to stop talking
   to PD chip. Useful at beginning of PD FW update.
 - PD_RESUME: Resumes the PD chip: EC can start talking to PD
   chip again. Useful at end of PD FW update.
 - PD_RESET: Resets the PD chip (called at the end of the update).
 - PD_CONTROL_DISABLE: Prevents further calls to this command
   (for security reason, we do not want the AP to be able to
   call the other subcommands after the update has been performed).

5426122466 cleanup: pd: Define VBUS detection source
Previously CONFIG_USB_PD_TCPM_VBUS had two uses which were independent:

- When operating as a TCPC, it indicated that the VBUS level should be
  tracked (through GPIO inputs) and sent to the external TCPM when
  appropriate.
- When operating as a TCPM, it indicated that the VBUS level should be
  obtained by querying the TCPC.

These two independent uses have been split into
CONFIG_USB_PD_TCPC_TRACK_VBUS and CONFIG_USB_PD_VBUS_DETECT_TCPC, which
sould be more clear.

In addition, CONFIG_USB_PD_VBUS_DETECT_* CONFIGs have been added for
other means of VBUS detection.

4e52ae607c servo_micro: add gpio mode get and set
GPIO console commands currently only show input voltage level,
and can only set level on predefined outputs.

This change allows GPIOs to be cycled between output, input,
and alternate function, as well as displaying the mode and
asserted level (if any) in gpioget.

This change creates CONFIG_CMD_GPIO_EXTENDED
as the internal gpio interface needs to be changed to support
this, and I can't test the other architectures. It may be
worthwhile to add this for all, or not.

This change is also necessary also for servo micro JTAG and PD
UART support, as several pins are tied together on the flex
and stm32 outputs need to be variously active or in high-z
depending on mode.

This enables the Cr50 to accept RW firmware updates over USB.

BRANCH=none
TEST=make buildall; test on Cr50

Build and run the extra/usb_updater utility. Watch the console,
and observe that the Cr50 updates and reboots into the new image
correctly.

Note that you'll have to rebuild the ec.bin image in order for
the update to take effect. Just reflashing the same image doesn't
cause the bootloader to change its selection.

All the previously existing endpoints continue to function normally.

4246bfa62f Cr50: New usb_upgrade module for RW updates
This re-factors the existing firmware upgrade facility, which worked as
a TPM command extension.

The same code processing upgrade blocks prepended by the truncated
SHA1 and the load address is now used by both extended TPM command and
the USB upgrader.

To accommodate USB communications using a smaller message payloads a
reassembly layer is introduced which accumulates short USB payloads
into a single block which can be passed to the firmware upgrade
routine. USB encapsulation adds one 4 byte header at the beginning of
the block to hold the total block size. The reassembly layer keeps
receiving USB messages, concatenating their payloads until the full
block is received.

A config option is added to make sure the module is not compiled when
not needed.

bbe2d886dc skylake: Add support for asserting RTCRST if power sequencing fails
In order to pulse RTC reset to the PCH when power sequencing exit fails we
need to watch for SLP_S4 to deassert and if it does not then assert RTCRST
using a board specific method. This is attempted up to 5 times before giving
up and staying in G3.

On skylake the RSMRST passthru needs to be honored when the task is woken up,
so while waiting call handle_rsmrst() if woken up early. This is needed
because it is RSMRST that actually tells the PCH to try and wake.

This is all wrapped in a config option and board specific method because not all
boards have a GPIO to control RTCRST and if they do they may not all use the
same method to assert it.

BUG=chrome-os-partner:49564
BRANCH=glados
TEST=manually tested on chell EVT:
First, ensure board sequences properly if everything is OK for a normal boot.
Next, modify handle_rsmrst() to not pass through the signal in order to
simulate being stuck in S5, and ensure that the EC attempts to assert RTCRST
and power up again 5 times before giving up and staying in G3.
