Gwendal Grignou 13a7ae7b6f motion: Add wake up sensor support. ...

Add a flag in the FIFO event to tell that the sensor
want to wake up the AP.
Use this flag in the EC and let it reach the AP
for debugging.
Move fifo_flush as well, use only when FIFO present.
