updated the following based on amenia 1.2 hardware change:
gpio change
invert kbd col 2
g782 temp sensor
adc ch0, 2 reading
kx022 base accel
lid gyro/accel/mag i2c port change
bd99955 charger

bc1.2 support (CL:341030)
tcpc support (CL:341535)
