ad3696b1ca cleanup: Remove llama board
The llama is a South American relative of the camel, though the llama
does not have a hump. These sturdy creatures are domestic animals used
by the peoples of the Andes Mountains.

c91dbb26d8 PD: Make current USB PD Stack REV 3 compliant
Implement the following required features in the USB PD Rev. 3.0
specification.

Not_supported control message: Inform a port partner that a
particular message is not supported.
Battery capabilities extended message: Report battery design
capacity and last full charge capacity.
Battery status data message: Report battery state of charge
Collision avoidance: New scheme to avoid collisions caused when both
source and sink want to send messages.

Cable communication: Only the VCONN source can communicate with the
cable plug. This is NOT implemented because although the drivers have
the capability of communicating with a cable plug, the PD stack doesn't
currently need to talk to a cable plug. This is okay since the current
PD design doesn't source or sink more than 3 amps and all Type-C cables
are required to be 3 amp capable.

Passed relevant PD Rev 2.0 compliance tests
Successful PD negotiation with PD Rev 2.0 and 3.0 chargers
Tested with low power none PD charger.
Modified a Kevin to operate as a PD 3.0 charger and sent
all required messages and verified the return messages.
Also tested collision avoidance by verifying that a sink only
transmits when the source indicates it's okay.
Used Twinkie to verify that PD was operating as v3.0.

79a1e2072d nvmem: do not use malloc for cached buffer
With introduction of encryption it is becoming impossible to read
NVMEM contents directly from flash. Decrypting the contents each time
there is a read request creates a significant performance hit. NVMEM
needs to be rearchitecture such that there is no need to run
decryption each time NVMEM read is performed.

This patch does just that, implementation details are described in the
header comment in common/nvmem.c.

To reduce memory impact the size of NVMEM is being decreased from 16K
to 12K. This is acceptable because eviction objects stored in NVMEM
serialized now, which dramatically reduces NVMEM size requirements.
The TPM2 NVMEM size definition must be kept in sync.

Another optimization this change introduces is bypassing writing into
the flash if NVMEM contents did not change, which is verified by
examining the hash of the cached storage.

A test is added to verify that the new commit scheme works as
expected, and the nvmem test is re-introduced to the list of test ran
on each 'make buildall'.

32b064108a common: introduce malloc/free implementation
The new code allows to replace the existing one buffer at a time
shared memory facility with a malloc/free implementation. A new
configuration option is being provided (CONFIG_MALLOC).

The names of functions allocating and freeing memory are not being
changed to allow to switch between the two implementations seamlessly.

A double linked list of buffers is used to keep track of free and
allocated memory. During initialization the entire free memory block
is considered a single free buffer. No allocations/frees are allowed
from within interrupts. The control structures are protected by a
semaphore, so allocate and free invocation could be blocking.

A test is added which randomly allocates and frees memory, continuing
until all branches in the allocate and free functions are taken.

BUG=chrome-os-partner:
TEST=make buildall -j succeeds, which includes testing the new
     malloc/free implementation.

b13f300ca3 Allow TEST_LIST_HOST= to override test targets
When developing or tweaking tests, we almost always need to hack
the Makefiles so that "make runtests" doesn't run *EVERY* test
each time, but only the one we're playing with.

This CL just allows you to override the default test_list_host
values from the commandline. Of course, you shouldn't do this
except when testing the tests themselves.

TEST=manual

  # build all boards and run all tests
  make buildall -j14
  # run all tests
  make runtests
  # run only the two specified tests
  TEST_LIST_HOST="lightbar hooks" make runtests

41cde66516 Samus: Handle fan startup in the EC, not the fan controller
The fans on samus have a recommended minimum duty cycle of 20%
while running, but 30% in order to start. We've been using the
EC's built-in fan controller for the start requirement, but it
has a minimum fast-start duty cycle of 50%. It turns out that
that speed is noticeably noisy.

This change handles the startup with logic in the EC instead, so
that the fan only tries to spin at 30% initially (or if it drops
too much below the minimum turning speed).

When a timing sensitive test run on a heavily loaded system, sometimes a
task runs for longer than it usually does and causes the test to fail.
All the timing requirements in the unit tests are trying to verify the
various delays in our codebase, and mostly we don't care about the time
taken by active running code (as they are very quick.) To improve the
stability of tests, let's slow down the time. To a test, it's as if the
code runs faster. If a test uses udelay() and exceeds the 10-second time
